Is it possible to download pictures from shared albums on google+ to your android phone?

Welcome to Android Central! It depends on the owner of the shared album. There's a setting on the Google+ website for "Allow viewers to download my photos and videos" (https://plus.google.com/settings).

ive checked "Allow viewers to download my photos and videos." in settings, but my frnds still can't download any photos.
