How to duplicate a calendar event?

You can duplicate it on the phone using the google calendar web page in your phone's browser. At least I could do so using Firefox, but it was painful.

Extremely painful to do it that way, which is why Today Calendar is a great addition.

I've tried Today Calendar today, but wasn't able to duplicate an event. Is that feature only available in the Pro version?

I'm pretty sure the free version is just a 7 day trial of the Pro version. You should have been able to duplicate an event. You have to open the event and then press the icon at the top right that looks like two squares.

Work round:
Repeat with total of two occurrence. On 2nd one change date and time. Here is what I just done.

Friday 15 Sep
11:15 – 12:15, Repeats every year, 2 times

Repeat can be whatever, year, month, day.

Where it says 2 times, read it as two occurrence. (2 occurrence)

Unfortunately this doesn't work for events that you can't edit (because you were invited).

On my phone there's no share icon either!

Work round:

That works if you are creating it for the first time, but if the event already exists and you want to duplicate it your method will not fix the problem.
