How to edit Exchange Settings

I changed my email address on my Exchange account, so I went into the LG E455 to update the Settings. And there was no way to edit it?! I've never seen this before. I went into Settings > Accounts & Sync and found my way to Change Login Settings. The only thing I can edit is the password. I can't edit the email address.

How do I edit the IP address without deleting the account and starting over? Thanks.

It's running Android 4.1.2. Can't update the OS, unfortunately.

You are more than likely going to have to delete the account and then add it back.
