How to Enable Adoptable Storage on S7 7.0?

I am having trouble adopting my storage through the adb command way. I do everything right but it still does not work. Can you make the sd card adoptable on android 7.0 version? Thank you.

I did research awhile ago and if I recall Samsung does not allow this. You can do it through root I believe. Maybe ADB.
