how to factory reset IRULU AX106

It is not accessing the menu screen to choose factory reset , I have pressed power and + for ten to fifteen sec , still not accessing

i have a irulu ax106 10.1 tablet cannot process a factory reset, I have pressed the power and + 10 to 15 seconds still not getting the menu to highlight factory reset
