If it is coming straight from Amazon, rather than an Amazon seller, then it will not be a counterfeit. If an Amazon seller is even suspected of selling counterfeit merchandise Amazon will cut them off at the knees (withhold their payments and Freeze their account). I know this first hand as I am an Amazon Pro Seller (used books) and had a buyer claim that I had sold them a counterfeit textbook. It wasn't but I had quite a go-around proving it to Amazon.

Very wise to check. Fake/clone Galaxy S5 phones were on the web even before the real Galaxy S5 phone had been released and some of these phones were very, very, good copies indeed.
