How to fix a tablet screen with lines?

I have ASUS MEMOPAD 7(ME173).
And after I stepped on it, its screen started to have so many lines.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I already wiped data(factory reset).

Welcome to Android Central! You probably damaged the screen by stepping on it. Bring it to a repair shop.

They can probably replace the screen, but the cost might not be worth the actual value of the tablet (unless you have data on there that is very important).
