How to fix Capture+ button not working

[AC Question]

The Capture+ (Capture Plus) button in my LG Stylus 2 (both from notification area and pen overlay) used to take a screenshot and let me immediately annotate it. So useful! Now it just opens a blank QuickMemo+.
Anyone knows how to get this solved?
