How to fix "checking info" after a hard reset?

I decided to factory reset my Huawei y7 2017 and it was successful but after I put in the wifi they don't ask me to put in any Google info they just go straight to the "checking info" screen and it's been saying that for ages now and I really want to get into my phone, thank s

You're saying during a fresh setup, in which the Gmail account that the phone was the registering device, was deleted, and the phone is factory reset by you, is bypassing the screen to enter your email, and bypassing the screen to enter your Gmail password?
Try to power it off, and then power back on.

I tried that and then i even force factory reset holding down the power and bolume up button and it keeps telling me that

It tells me connect to wifi and when I try to press skip it tells me that I have to connect to WiFi ,then when I do connect to WiFi and I press next it doesn't ask for my Google info it just goes straight to "checking info"
