how to fix 'connection problem or invalid mmi code' galaxy note 4

Hi , I'm Nephry and I live in Haiti , and I 'm new to this forum.
I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 .
We just send me the USA , I can not make calls , I can't receive , if I want to check my account ca told me all the time ('connection problem or invalid mmi code') and i dont know how to fix it. please help me guys.:'(
I use the Digicel network .

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of your Note 4? Look in Settings>About Phone. We need to make sure that specific model is compatible with your carrier.

Go to Settings>More Networks>Mobile Networks, and look for a Network Operator option. Can you choose the correct network there?

yes , I can choose the network correctly. before I thought it was a problem of simlock but it was already from the USA ... unlock sim card mache although the bar is full range ... but I can not make calls or to receive .. . if I want to check my account he gives me all the time what kind of message :'connection problem or invalid mmi code'
