Go to security, scroll down to credentials, than tap "Clear Credentials" and then you can choose swipe or none for the lock screen.

If you need to keep the credentials for apps such as Foxfi the only workaround I found was to unlock your phone using the phone finder on Samsungs website. After using Samsung's site my screen is now set to Swipe, however the options are still greyed out on the Select Screen Lock page. Works fine for me tho.
