How to fix muffled sound

When i was using skype's voice call with my headphones on and suddenly all the sounds became so low and muffled (samsung galaxy s6)

Only on Skype, or on all audio? If it's just on Skype, call the test and see if it's muffled. (If it's just Skype, it's usually a transient thing, either a lot of traffic on the path or something in their server that gets fixed pretty quickly. But usually the path causing a "slow" signal.)
