How to fix my LG: TP 260 phone when it says HOT: TSENS REACH THRESHOLD

I plugged in my LG:TP 260 phone to charge then when able I turned on the phone and the screen was red and says HOT: TSENS REACH THRESHOLD AND SAYS WHAT TO DO BUT I DON’T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT OR WHAT TO DO

Hi there. It seems like your phone is overheating. Have you been charging it prior to turning it on? It may be wise to allow it to collect down for a few hours to cool down before powering it on again.

Let it cool down, was it long period in sun or heavy gaming, long video chat ?
