How to fix or sove samsung kies 3 connection problem

I have installed the latest version Of the Samsung KIES 3 PROGRAM ON MY PACKARD BELL EASY NOTE LAPTOP. NOW WHEN I CONNECT MY SAMSUNG GALAXY AO2 SMARTPHONE TO THEM ,THEN A NOTIFICATION MESSAGE APEARS ON THE SCREEN OF THE LAPTOP THAT SAID "A CONNECTION OR USE MAY BE RESTRICTED IF DEVICE (INCLUDING WRITING ) IS PROHIBITED BY YOUR COMPUTER'S SECURITY PROGRAM OF FOR ANY OTHER REASON"
MY QUESTION ARE; HOW CAN I UNRESTRICT THIS DEVICE ACCESS THAT IS PROHIBITED BY THIS LAPTOP'S SECURITY PROGRAM?

Samsung Kies hasn't been used in years. Packard Bell computers are even older! According to the Samsung page, Kies only supported devices up to Android 4.2, Android 4.3 and newer require SmartSwitch. I question your computer's compatibility with SmartSwitch though. I also have to wonder if SmartSwitch would do what you're expecting it to do.

For your SAMSUNG GALAXY AO2 you need Smart Switch, delete kies .
