How to fix the touchscreen from my htc one (m7)?

Hey everyone,

If have just updated my phone a couple of days ago with the andriod kitkat 4.4.3. But after that update my started to work in a weird way. My touchscreen is not working properly. When i swipe left or right it doesn't respond quickly. If have to pres hard for it to respond. Also when i'm typing it giving me the wrong letters. Example when a press a it gives me Q.That's so annoying. Yesterday the screen started to do something like a ghost swipe on the homescreen.

Please can someone help me? i loved this phone but now this is really starting to bug me.
