How to flash a ROM?

I rooted my Galaxy s3 running 4.1.2 a few weeks ago. But I don't know how to get Clockworkmod recovery, how do I get it? Also, how do I back up Touchwiz and flash a custom ROM. Thanks.

Sometimes CWM can be flashed in ODIN, sometimes not. Check out Galaxy S3root .com, and look at that procedure. Once you have CWM installed, you can back up stock ROM and flash whatever ROM you want so long as it is for your model and carrier.

Easiest way to be once your are rooted, install ROM Manager and flash CWM in the app.
