How to get 1 year contract

I am trying to use my early upgrade and I cant seem to find the 1 year contract option. The only choice I have is 2 year. Any Ideas?

I'm using my early renewal and if they say it has to be 2 years then ADIOS.

Is this only for new phones? I'm able to upgrade to any other phone one a 1 year contract but this one and I'm using an early upgrade.
