A while ago, I decided to move a person from the 'favorites' bar (on my phone), and mute the conversation and turn off the chat (which I did from my PC).
Shortly after, I changed my mind and undid all of the above. Yet, I couldn't (and still can't) add the person to the 'favorites' bar on Messenger on my phone. And when that person writes me, I still don't see the conversation among my other messages in my inbox. I can only find it when I search for it actively.
How can I a) get our conversation back to the inbox like every other conversation and b) get the person back into 'favorites'?
Anyone else had this issue?
