I just finished making a bunch of them I have two screens completely redone now. Here they are..

I'd love to do a complete theme. I just have to learn exactly where to find the stuff like keyboard, notification bar, etc and exactly how to change them. I'll be done with this stuff by later so hopefully starting today I can start learning how to actually do a complete theme. Once I get all these icons done Im gonna package them into a zip and post it.

Most notifications for apps and such are housed in the apk for the application such as gmail, email, sms/mms.

If you take a look at what I did for the AC-ROM, system notifications come from framework, app notifications come from actual apk. That means you need to customize the apk and that needs to be flashed with the theme. Gtalk is an exception.

EDIT - sorry, forgot to mention. Keyboards are called IME's when looking at APKs. With that in mind, go to system/app and pull the HTC IME and viola, a keyboard.

So this is what I've come up with using this themeing idea. I love it especially the customization. As you can see, I would like to have the icons/widgets a little tighter (with less gap) and more lined up. I don't have any photoshop experience but know I need to use the PSD template somehow to customize the size appropriate for my Evo so I can make my own icons. Any help or tips for me? Thanks in advance.

Good work on these icons. Downloaded several of the zips last night and got work on changing my phone around. In some of the screen shots I saw several icons that weren't in the zips that I would like to use. Is it possible to get these?
Specifically:
The Talk Icon with the heads
The navigation icon with the brooklyn sign
The YouTube icon.

lol yaaaa. I just noticed that the other day. I started a new one LOL. I just don't feel like going back through over 500 pictures and all the posts they're on and transfer pics and the post links lol. I think sometime next week it should be reset.
