How to get back to Jelly Bean

My wife wants to go back to Jelly Bean on an unrooted stock Nexus 4. How do I accomplish this? (she wants to keep me and have Jelly Bean too)

To downgrade you need to unlock the bootloader (which will wipe all user data) and install a factory image.

Way beyond my technical ability to accomplish, my wife will have to learn to live with Kit Kat and keep me too.
