How to get Bixby to read back the message I dictated before sending

When using Bixby I often send text messages via voice command. However, she wants me to look at the screen to confirm the text before sending. My old phone would read the text back to me that I dictated and then ask "do you want to send this?" Unfortunately I've sent some erroneous texts because Bixby
misunderstood what I was saying. Is there a setting that will enable this function? What's the point of using voice command if I have to watch my screen?
