How to get free hot spot for Tmobile Galaxy s4 m919?

THE "WIFI TETHERING FOR ROOT USERS" NO LONGER WORKS! YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT ANYWHERE AS TMOBILE DISABLED IT!

SO with that said.. How do I do this?
I have a tmobile phone on straight talk and they basically told me they would terminate service if they caught me using mobile hotspot again..

Haha u can easily find it online and sideload it. U have to tweak the settings but it works.

Here is the app. http://db.tt/iofZdGDw and put the device profile on generic ics 1 device method netd ndc master check send netd box check wifi driver reload one routing fix and disable wake lock checked also.

says there are errors but the log to show errors tells me it does not exist...
