Hi there. There are many ways to get music streaming.

I think the one you heard of is Samsung's Milk music: Milk Music | Samsung

Here are other alternatives:
Spotify: https://www.spotify.com

Rdio: http://www.rdio.com/

Songza: https://songza.com/

If you are talking about T-Mobile's no charge streaming (http://www.t-mobile.com/offer/free-music-streaming.html), it is automatic and you don't need to do anything. Just stream away.

As long as you use a service that T-Mobile doesn't limit, it's automatic. You don't need to do anything.

Oh okay I see what you mean so it doesn't take data from you're device, I must have misheard because I thought you get like Spotify premium and thanks I already Spotify.

They won't charge you then if you use data for Spotify.
