I just want the phone to go to my homepage when i click the power or main button and wake it up. I cant seem to find that setting. I do not want to have to use a swipe just to see my home page. All lock screen settings are off. Any suggestions?

Or use fingerprint unlock. Just push the home button and hold it until the screen powers on and unlocks, all in one motion.

It is selected none. Thats what i do not get. I still get the welcome cover page that i have to swipe away before i see my home page.

Or use fingerprint unlock.....
Haven't had much success with fingerprint, even after setting up three prints of my right thumb. Starts off working most of the time, then after a few days, I'll get "No Match" after one, two or three attempts and then go to my pattern unlock. Could it be my old, worn out fingers with very little ridges?

It is selected none.....
Even with no security (with swipe to unlock page), I had occasions where, when walking with phone in front pocket, an app was activated. That meant that somehow the button was depressed and the screen wiped and an app on the home page was pushed. I now use a pattern unlock to avoid that.

When setting up the fingerprint, scan your finger like you are holding the phone. Use a natural position for easier scans.
