How to get notified of voicemail received when phone was off, or Airplane Mode? Galaxy S7 Edge.

how to swith language to english it will help.
i cannot find storage of phone app nor its notification

I still have the problem, the phone app does not appear in the parameter notification...
is it easy to reset the phone can i do this since it come from korea?
im willing to open a zoom video app and send a check to anyone who would get me to see those voicemail notifications.

Usually you shouldn't get voicemail until airplane turns back on ,it needs data , what phone was your old phone?

Clear cache , I was referring to is the apps cache ,data, force close ..only if it's not giving notification, but you say it is when not in airplane mode .

just to be clear on airplaine mode.
when airplaine mode is off it means that data is on and when like this, if im in the bathroom and my phone rings in kitchen and someone leaves a message , i will see a voicemail notification when i come back from bathroom so that is ok but when i go to sleep i put airplain mode on to redue emf exposition. if someone leaves a voicemail during this time and that i turn airplane mode off when i wake up, i do not receive any notification even if someone has left a voice mail. that is on my edge 7

i tested with old d850 lg phone and with the same coditions, he will show me a notification wich tells me the provider is set ok and does its job.

Yes force stop is there right corner but go in storage there and clear data,cache then force close

That was early on in the beginning, so what I want to say is airplane mode you WONT get notifications or calls ...When it's NOT in Airplane Mode You will

my ok phone does show me these "stored voicemail notification" and my edge 7 does not. it is supposed to let me know as i turn my phone on that i received a voicemail while my phone was off. isn't it ?

well why does my old phone can do it why before on my edge it was able to do it
on top of this it would not make sense cause all people reconnecting to data would not know that they received a voce mail?

I have newer Android phones so maybe something Google changed through Android updates on newer phones
