You want to get rid of My Magazine?? Very simple.....

Long press a blank area of the home screen. You will see at the bottom Wallpapers Widgets and Home screen settings. Choose home screen settings. Uncheck My Magazine and it is now gone from the left screen..

That did not work for me, despite my phone being as old as this thread, There was a menu item called "Home Screens" but not "Home Screen Settings."

But I found myself on a page where I could select a launcher and chose the resident Sharp Aquos launcher which does not have My Magazine. It took me a few minutes to put the apps and links back on the home screen but it is better than swiping to docomo trash all the time. I wonder My Magazine it is still using mobile data.

I can't find My Magazine in the apps list.

At least this sharp does not have the horrible Peel Remote that plagued my Samsung S5.

EZ Package Disabler is no longer on Google Play. Another forum says that Samsung gets such apps blocked claiming that users remove apps that are essential for functioning -- which is probably true.

There is an app (with ads and trackers apparently) called Uninstaller which may be able to remove some preinstalled bloatware and the three dots in the app list apparently goes to a screen where you can see mobile data and turn it off.

The problem of information pushing bloatware on phones is big and now Microsoft is bring it to the desktop.
