How to get vibration on notifications?

I can't seem to figure out how to get vibration on my notifications, it only does it with calls.

If its like g2 and g3 just volume down until vibe icon and make sure that vibe is checked out in sound settings

I meant like vibration and sound simultaneously. On my old phone I could have text and other notifications come through and have a sound and vibration.

Settings>sound
You should have three toggles to apply vibration strength for notification, media and calls.

This is the only vibration strength settings. It only vibrates with calls though.

If you just applied setting for vibe and it doesn't immediately apply,I might power off and on and usually applies.

Its working now after a reboot, thanks for the help.

Liking it so far, the sound settings are just different than I'm used to
