how to get wifi everywhere?

I have a rooted s4 running on kit kat 4.4.2 I installed wif tethering with an mdl, is there a way to get wifi on MY phone everywhere?

You mean to access your wifi hotspot from everywhere? That's not possible since wifi has limited range...

You'd have to elaborate more since I'm not sure what your exact question is.
