How to go back to previous screen if you accidentally press home key?

When you are working on something in your S4,i f you accidentally press the home key (middle bottom physical button) it will bring you to the home screen. How do you go back to the previous screen that you are working on?

Long press home button brings up the last bunch of screens.

Download the songs to your phone and when you get ready to go to bed, hit the download to watch option, put watch and phone to charge next to each other and they will be loaded when you wake up.

The one thing I hate is not able to shuffle all songs but rather one artists songs at a time.
