how to hard reset this device

i have tried every possible way to reset it , tried the manu options and does nothing after reseting device and restore from main manu also donet do a thing , and i tried the bootloader way holding down the volume down button and power stimulousley it doesnt work cause thats for (GSM) devices only , please post correct procedure for hard reset from bootloader option , its done with buttons only and i dont know which 1's . anyways if someone has a way to do this procedure please PM me . your help is appreciated and thanks in advance ......

stolen fone???, only way is to plug it into computer and downgrade to 2.3.3 or upgrade
