How to have 2 separate Calendars

Riddle me this...have my main gmail account which I have my android calendar/calendar pad syncing to. Have another gmail account for church that I want to display the calendar for, but not on my android calendar. I add the second google account (church), than I have Business Calendar app and choose the church calendar to sync it to (give me the choice of my man account but I dont select it). It syncs and works fine then all of a sudden my android calender is now syncing with the church account, and when I look under calendars to reselect my primary account, it isnt even displayed. I have to go into settings and wipe the calendar, and then pick it, and the opposite happens with the church account, no longer there for me to select.

Any ideas?
