Android Central Question

None of the answers on this are satisfactory. I need photos with the date and time stamped on the photo. These are then sent, from my phone to whatever business I may be dealing with. It should be an on/off switch, and easy to find. Where is it?

Welcome to Android Central! You need it visible on the photo itself? The date and time are part of the EXIF data, which you can access by selecting the photo in any gallery app, then tapping Menu>Info. Otherwise, there are a lot of 3rd party apps that can do it. A visible timestamp is not part of the native code for the Android camera app, and I don't think Samsung's version has it either.

Have a look at some of these camera apps. Some of them (check the ones in the top row) do automatic stamping once you've set it up (color, font, etc.)

But, as B. Diddy said, there's no "switch" in Android (or iOS) to do that.
