An app that was loaded as part of the system image (a "pre-loaded app") can not be uninstalled without rooting your device. If you root your device and remove those apps, you risk being unable to receive OS updates for the device. Your best solution is to just disable the app using the application manager built into Android, most pre-installed apps will allow you to do this.
