How to import a project to Andriod Studio 3.2?

Hello, I am new to Andriod. I downloaded a tutorial from here github, it has all needed java codes and a res folder
Structural it looks like it is an Andriod Studio project as well, not Eclipse. How do I import it to Andriod Studio 3.2? Thanks
