Welcome to Android Central! Look at the Home Screen section of the manual, under Moments Bar. Can you adjust the volume there?

It does have a speaker, as long as it's the 3G/4G-enabled version: Samsung Gear S2 Smart Watch | Samsung US

Yes LTE version has it..since i have a non lte i assumed it wrong..my bad..
