I regret updating to One UI 8 on my Ultra. Is reverting back to 6 possible?

I'm now looking to get rid of my Watch Ultra and find a Watch Ultra still on One UI 6. The tiles are just too small and are harder to read on One UI 8. Unfortunately in the past year close things have become harder to read for me.
Samsung should have made the old full screen tile as an option in One UI 8. You either get a small pill or a medium size (which is not full screen) tile. This sucks. What an inconvenience.. I hope Samsung reads this because it's an easy fix to make a full screen tile. An example is the sleep tile.

I'm pretty sure I can't downgrade back to One UI 6 but I'll ask anyways before I go through the inconvenience of selling and buying another watch ultra just so I can have the full screen tile back.

Not in any official way. However, folks over at XDA have done this in previous incarnations of the Watch, so maybe the tool (NetOdin last time I checked a few years ago) is still 'alive' and works for newer models?

Samsung doesn't read random forum posts.

Downgrading will be highly unlikely unless others find enough reasons for someone to undertake it. Even if they do, it is highly unlikely it would be a simple task and risky.

Your best bet will be to try and find one that is on an old version. If you however use your watch for anything like tap to pay, that could eventually break on an old version or become a security vulnerability.
