This isn't really the forum section for this question but I can answer. You don't, not without knowledge about soldering on circuit boards and what chips you'd need to complete that upgrade. The only hope you'd have is if you can install a MicroSD card and adopt it as internal storage, but not all devices support that and even with those that do you need to be sure to have ALL of your info backed up elsewhere as SD cards can fail and cause overall corruption of the data on your device with that setup.

Samsung, wisely for once, doesn't implement adoptable storage, so all you can do is put in an SD card to use for storing files. ("Moving apps" to the SD card [you aren't, you're moving small pieces, and leaving links to them, so you don't really save much internal space] is a bad idea, because if the code that keeps the current state saved gets moved to the card, the app could be writing to the card constantly, ruining it in relatively a short time.) (Relatively - I still have 32MB storage that works, when that was considered a huge amount.)
