How to install 4.2.1 on my note 2

Hi guys. I purchased a note 2 from rogers (canada) and I will be honest I do not want to wait for their update. Its currently at 4.1.1 and I want the multi view real bad.

Can someone direct me on how to do so

You mean 4.1.2? I'd go check out the ATT GNII section on XDA. Sometimes ATT devs release roms for Rogers as well.
