How to install apps on Carbon ROM?

I never used a different ROM before, I just recently rooted today. How do I get apps on my phone. There's no Google Play or anything, help please? Also there's no option to load my google account so I have no contacts now.

Welcome to the forums.
When you flash a custom ROM, you typically have to flash Google apps with it as a separate .zip file. I would just search for updated gapps/.zip file and that should get you in the right direction.

Download the appropriate Gapps and install from recovery. You can also use the ROM installer in the ROM Toolbox app.

Make sure you flash gapps that match your ROM. Meaning, if you have a 4.4 ROM, flash 4.4 gapps.
