just rooted my phone via Cory's instructions via MAC. So now im exploring the things i can do as a rooted phone.

So i got Titanium, backed up my stuff... froze all the bloatware.

now i downloaded Rom Manager. I want to be able to install clockwork so i can flash roms onto my fascinate (such as EB01 and other kernels, etc etc).

I clicked flash clockwork on Rom Manager. Then booted to recovery, but it still keeps me in blue (2e).

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong? Maybe some dummy proof instructions on getting CWM.

I am a OSX user with no access to windows. I am familiar with terminal on the OSX however.

I also have the most recent OTA update from verizon (the EA28 or whatever its called. the one after DL09). I don't know if this matters

Flashing with ROM Manager alone won't work. You have to flash the recovery kernel as well, most commonly done on a PC with Odin. You can use Terminal and ADB to push the recovery following this thread

Using ROM Manager to flash only puts the update.zip on your SD card, so if you haven't flashed the newer version of CWM then this is harmless. You are right, however, after flashing the newer CWM you shouldn't do this

so i followed those directions and now my fascinate just ended up rebooting and stayed at the "samsung" screen for about 15 minutes. so i unplugged, pulled the battery, wiped data and cleared cache and it wont reboot. please help.

i dont have PC
