how to keep date and time stamps during .m4a transfer to PC

Hello, i have a samsung galaxy note 2 on 4.4.2 model sgh-i317m. I have 40+ voice recorded files using note 2's default voice recorder app. I want to transfer or import these .m4a files into my laptop keeping the date created, date modified, and date accessed as the original date created date and time stamp. How can I achieve this ?
