How to know/prove my Samsung Galaxy S10e has been used before me?

My dad bought a Samsung Galaxy S10e yesterday and the guy who sold it to him said it was brand new and never used before, but when I used it I find two game apps (Sonic Dash and Minion Rush) and the app for A french Operator called SFR (unfortunately I have now deleted them), also when I open Google it goes straight to sfr.fr. So I would like to know a way to check when this phone has been turned on for the first time to possibly get a refund, because it was sold to us as if it was brand new.

(How to know when my phone was first opened or launched because I think I got scammed, they told me the phone was brand new and never used but I found some game apps already on it)

Many carriers preinstall certain apps including games, so this is probably normal.

@B.Diddy: yes it was me, I just wanna know if there's a way to know when it was first powered and for how long it ran before I bought it. @mustang7757 : actually no it wasn't (I live in Algeria)

1. You could install a terminal app, then type

last reboot | head -1

That should give you the starting time and date.

2. If it wasn't sealed, it's probably not new.
