How to launch apps by swipe and release?

Is there an app (something like lazy/omni swipe) that lets you launch apps without any tapping the screen involved? The gestures I have in mind are: swipe, hold and move slightly to navigate and then release on the item you want to launch.

That would be a function of the launcher, and I don't know of any that does things that way - but you may find one if you look.
