Don't know why. It did it to me on imnuts -50 and the new comavolt. So Idk why or how
I am beginning to wonder if it is the EC10 kernel source.. I am not overly concerned about it.. it may be one of those side effects of a custom kernel and/or a source originally destined for the mesmerize...
hey sorry ive gotta b a jackwagon but im not established enough in xda to post there yet so what ive read so far is without doing any changes to my phone i can simply odin the modem or otherwise known as radio for EC01 and keep my EB01sc voodoo as far as i see its a normally power off remove batt odin plug file in pda send it threw and then reboot no changing voodoo lagfix or anything any corrections would b awesome im happy with EB01 its running sick voodoo style but i see alot of good about the radio giving better 3g and gps so im looking to do that thanks for any info
I wanna try out CM6 on my phone. I'm running on ec01 right now, if i flashed CM6 and the compatible kernal could i just flash ec01 debloated and a touchwiz kernal to get back?
I am not familiar with Cyanogen Mod builds - I just know that you have to have a compatible AOSP kernel on board at the same time or you will not boot.. I could only imagine that based on that you will have to install your kernel and ROM in the same flash session. - The same may be required for return to the TWhiz ROM.. but I am only guessing.
There is also a prerequisite GAPPS package that you have to install as well..
I would imagine that the process is detailed more thoroughly in the entire thread located here.
Sorry I could not be of more help -
Jae im gonna flash imnuts new -100NV as soon as my phone charges up, ill let u know if it boots up. I remember yours did the same as mine and didnt boot with the last one. Ill update in a few, unless you already tried it and no it doesnt boot.
Update: Booted right up. Gonna use it for now, see what comes with it
Just flashed NitroDark 4.1 and am really enjoying it.
However, I don't like the honeycomb Music, Clock, Email Icons included. Is there any simple way to change/switch these icons to the icons included in 2.9.2?
I read the one post about moving the .png files and decompiling and recompiling the themes but this is beyond my knowledge.
I have also tried to just copy and paste by locating the icon .png in the respective places in astro, however, I was unable to delete the .png for the honeycomb icon, and was unable to paste the .png file from 2.9.2.
Thanks in advance.
Gets a bit more complicated when dealing with themes.... There really is no simple way to just change one or two icons in a theme.. it is a package deal and it does require the theme be disassembled (decompiled) - changed - then reassembled (complied)... then flashed to the phone..
Thanks Jae. What is involved in decompiling? do you have any resources/thread about that?

I just tried it out, I booted into CM6 with no problem, played around with it.
Then when i flashed EC01 debloated and comavolt kernel, I booted into a wave of FC. I rebooted my phone and the same thing happened.
Then i just flashed EB01 stock and did the whole process with odin to get back to EC01.
As of now I'm staying away from Cyanogen Mod![]()
When you flashed the TouchWhiz based ROM (EB01 debloated) on top of the AOSP ROM (CM6) there are artifacts left behind that the debloated ROM will not replace that is why you got the FC loop..
The debloaded ROM is designed to be flashed over a TouchWhiz ROM... did not like the AOSP flavor.
Glad you got it figured and resolved..
If i would have tried to flash adrynalines EC01 with touchwiz kernel, reboot, then flash debloated EC01 would it have worked?
As a matter of fact I have a link to a very good resource in the XDA forum.. There is a TON of information here but you can find what you are looking for... it will take some time.
