How to maintain pressing on the "PTT" soft key for a long time

I have a PTT app installed on my Android phone (Ver7.0), just would like to enquire is there any way or apps that can be configure to maintain pressing (press and hold) on the PTT soft key for a long time?

If the app is written to take Tasker input, and there's a Tasker app to press the PTT button, you could do it that way.

Otherwise, you'd have to disassemble the app and rewrite it.
