How to delete applications to create storage on my tablet

You can go in to Settings, Application Manager, and from there see what apps you can remove. Other than rooting your device that is how you uninstall apps. If you are rooted you can use Titanium Backup to remove more apps. If you are not an experienced user it would not be recommended for you though.
