How to make phone vibrate on calls getting connected

How to make phone vibrate on out going calls getting connected in Motorola one power. This feature was there in old Motorola version but could find this in my new Motorola one power. Please help.

Incoming? It should be there, in Phone/Settings (from the 3-dot menu)/Sounds and Vibration/Advanced/Also vibrate for calls.

If you mean when an outgoing call gets connected to the central office of the person you're calling, or when the person you're calling picks up, I don't think you can.

I'm asking about outgoing calls get connected. Mote E3 Power having these features.
