How to modify my actionbar and her icons

Please im a new android developer and im using android studio please haw can i modify or only create an action bar tnx

Actually in the recent guideline you can find that the Toolbar widget is now replacing ActionBar. Toolbar is just a ViewGroup in which you can place you buttons and other widgets. So it doesn't differ from using a LinearLayout, for example.
The one thing you should do is to use the NoActionBar theme in order to remove the old bar.

If you are looking for icons for your action bar/toolbar, the Android Asset Studio is probably a good place to start.
