how to modify note n7000 and update it to 4.3

Hello! Welcome to Android Central! I believe this is a duplicate post: http://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=464599 so I will respond here. Is the phone modded or is it stock?

My phone has original 4.1.2 ublsf firmware installed and I root it my self and I have also install a custom recovery called phillz touch recovery so please tell me how can I modify it and port 4.3 on it please I have also seen the post of akhil sharma and want to make my note n7000 like akhil sharma

Maybe we can flash a ROM. I'll look into some for you.

1) The latest official ROM I've seen for the N7000 is 4.1.2. Evidently Samsung doesn't plan on providing updates for a phone that's over 3 years old.

2) Updates stop if the phone is rooted or if the phone isn't running a stock ROM. (And, in some cases, if the phone has been rooted, then unrooted.) You'll have to flash a stock ROM to update - but the latest one is the one you have. CyanogenMod ( CyanogenMod | Downloads ) has a ROM for the N7000 (look on the left panel of the download page for N7000) based, I believe, on KitKat.
