How to move HD games to sd,or how to install those games to extsd?

i am using samsung galaxy grand. it provides 4gb of user accessible memory. I cant install many games on this little memory. I had installed gta vice city on memory and few other games, and now i am left with about 1g only.
is there any way that we can install hd games to external memory card,or place thos "game cache" or "sdk" files to external memory card???

Try using app2sd app it is available on Google Play you can transfer some of your applications and games to your SD card.
